You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any justification.

The cancellation period lasts for 30 days from the date you received the items or from the date a third party you designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To ensure that the items are eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The items were purchased within the last 30 days

• The items are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as those that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

• Items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Items that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held liable for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
